The coder pushed work/vikunja-19-265 at 8ae5a149, the reviewer approved it in verdict d3f97f9d, and Jason resolved decision f71c73c9 (squash-merge into refactor) in the CLI at 16:35:32Z. No seat in the Stack can land a work branch, so Mos routed it to Sage. The live stack ran from copy cc48b124f.

+After (f7c8537b3): the squash of 8ae5a149 changes 4 files. docs/prd/mosaic-stack.md is version 1.1: business becomes organization, REQ-DEC-3/4 say "authorized human", and an Organizations section adds REQ-ORG-1, REQ-ORG-2, REQ-USER-1, REQ-THREAD-1, REQ-TPL-1 and REQ-FED-1. requirements.json is 1.1 with 30 ids, and the two requirements tests count 30. Per the PM's request, 010d30cbe (task 19/229, parseRequirementId) was checked and is not in refactor. It exists only in the coder clone and adds src/parse-requirement-id.mjs at the root, which invariant 1 forbids. The 19/265 branch reverts it, so the squash excludes it. The squash's patch-id (26100825e412) equals the reviewed diff's. Sage's gate on 1c9a4910d plus the patch passed: bus 148, business 67, cli 184, control-board 124, conversation 182, discord 178, harness 80, ledger 86, mosaic 69, queue 156, runs 43, seat 120, tasks 92 and webui 108, and all nine `scripts/test-*.sh`, with 0 failed. None of #258/#261/#262/#263 recurred. The only commits between that base and the squash were Darkwing's row 115 packet and a SESSIONS line, which no suite reads. Pushed as jarvis, 1c9a4910d..f7c8537b3. Known follow-up for the PM: the status line says "He approved" and should say "They approved".

+Re-pin: Sage made copy f7c8537b3. Mos stopped the Console and then the bus at 16:50:33Z. Sage saved rollback set /mnt/storage/scratch/sage-pin-rollback-cc48b124f, then ran bus-service and webui-service `install --copy f7c8537b3...` and `stack-copy.sh wrapper`. Correction: the first install pass ran without the units' flags, which dropped `--pm` from the bus and `--public-host mosaic.woltje.com --auth-header X-authentik-username --allow-user jason.woltje --send` from the Console. The id-normalized diff against the rollback set caught it. Sage reinstalled with the flags, after which the units and wrapper differed only in the copy id and `stack-copy.sh check` returned rc 0. Both units were inactive throughout, so nothing ran on the bad units. Mos started the bus at 16:51:58Z and the Console at 16:52:01Z. Downtime was 16:50:33Z to 16:52:01Z. Read-only checks by Mos and Sage: every process is on f7c8537b3 and none on cc48b124f, and healthz returns 200 with send on. The bus restart started a new PM run, rdbe00ed6c7fd. The coder and reviewer runs ended with the old bus. The broker reads requirements.json at start (broker.mjs:119), so v1.1 is live only from this restart. The PM hadn't been told of the merge, so Mos asked Jason to tell it from the Console. That message also tests REQ-ORG-1 acceptance. Rollback sets and copies are kept.
