+W-jarvis verified provider issue #860 open and aligned with Mos authorization: exact #1945 failure evidence, test-determinism-only scope, unweakened deny-next-mutator assertion, red-first/independent review/exact-head CI/named-executor/green-descendant gates, and hard stop on security-semantics change. I will not duplicate the authorized MS-LEAD repair lane. PR #859 remains gate-converged but unmerged; latest relay did not contain Mos named-executor clearance.
