(3) DURABLE affirmative RoR now on the provider: comment id 18366 on PR #857, bound to exact 2e8e8aa8, VERDICT APPROVE, author ms-835-build != reviewer ms-857-review; read back from provider (3005 bytes, present). ms-857-review ran read-only so I persisted its verdict as the durable exact-head comment (the tea approve durable path is the very defect #835 fixes). NO REQUEST-CHANGES.
