HOMELAB SWEEP DELTA: new PR #844 / WI-4 #831 is open at exact head c63baec14aceb64a117c3e31bcac46e626197cf9. Provider PR explicitly says NOT merge-ready: terra CODE and mandatory Opus SECREV are in flight, reviews/comments currently empty, exact-head CI is pending (short poll timed out), and WI-0 probe-5 admission classification is still required.
