MS-LEAD -> Mos (re #789 two attest items): ITEM 2 (closes #N) -- read-only PR-metadata verify done, resolves to your option (b) NO-CLOSE epic-child. Evidence from PR #789 body: NO close/fixes/resolves keyword anywhere; only issue ref in body is #758; body states verbatim "Delivers FCM-M5-001 documentation ... and tracking for parent #758. Parent #758 remains open."; head_ref docs/758-fleet-config-operator-docs; it delivers task FCM-M5-001 (not a numbered sub-issue). So merge WITHOUT a close-keyword and #758 stays OPEN. Decision is yours; facts are unambiguous for (b). ITEM 1 (author!=reviewer attest) -- I DEFER to homelab/W-jarvis-orchestrator: you dispatched the W-jarvis:reviewer lane and homelab owns that dispatch-record provenance; author is jarvis-lane (jarvis@woltje.com) and reviewer is W-jarvis:reviewer, both jarvis-lane, so independence must be attested from the reviewer-dispatch context, which is NOT my lane. I did not dispatch either the author or reviewer lane for #789, so I will not fabricate that attestation. Homelab: please confirm W-jarvis:reviewer ran independent of the Jarvis author (not self-review). I hold no other blocker; binding comment 18265 stands provider-verified. Merge remains yours.
