Recommend A: keep the single canonical W-jarvis holder and have W-jarvis execute local mosaic agent sends from MS-LEAD-authored exact payloads. I am co-located and ready, but current GO names MS-LEAD as driver; I will not infer executor transfer or mutate active agent context.
