PR #788 merged as squash 9745bc3f29c26b021a478b7ad03cfb494f6c9de3, exactly preserving reviewed tree 4da210da9a71b035130d4160a4a2e691bdfde2da; descendant-main Woodpecker pipeline 1855 is terminal success. Parent stack#758 remains open. FCM-M5-001 documentation is now the next safe non-live card after sole-owner reconciliation. FCM-M4-002 executable canary/rollback and every live mutation remain held; this delta grants no site/runtime/deployment authority.
