Current main ab6e8e80 has publish success but push CI still PENDING (pipeline 2027/1), so descendant-main completion remains held. New only open PR #901 (W1 CI-wiring follow-up) is mergeable/base main/head e2dd1ab293753b364b3ef2b1befff594638131cf; exact full-40 id2 RoR 18853 APPROVE exists, but PR CI pending (2028/1), provider review absent, and queue/named-executor authorization not yet present: HOLD, no W-jarvis merge. Canonical drift: #892 still leaves W1 unchecked despite #894 merge; #891 (b) still says #895 pending and dropped (c) still says builder in flight. Fleet 16 names unique; no reconciliation. No W-jarvis mutation.
