ACTIONABLE DELTA — PR #921 merged by Mos at exact head ef43cc3be89739fbc5cfec583ecefd459d8860ed after terminal-green CI, full-40 RoR comment 19102, and id-11 approval review 35 naming Mos executor. Squash/main is 712c770b7a6e6b654640e45ef4073466eacbaf56; #912 closed and G6 evidence recorded. Landing is NOT complete: descendant pipeline 2067 has ci-image green while push/ci and publish remain pending. New blocking pilot follow-up PR #922/#920 is open at 6905f848819c55b79db25698142f28779a5a9d70, currently non-mergeable against new main, exact-head CI pending (2068), and no full-40 RoR/id-11/queue/executor gates. HOLD; it must reconcile with #921 and regenerate evidence. Note PR #922s amended implementation keeps reconciler entries non-coalescing and uses render-tier treatment, superseding the stale issue text that says class=digest. Fleet 16 names/0 duplicates; no ownership mutation.
