- Enhanced update-checker.ts with checkForAllUpdates() multi-package support
- Updated CLI update command to show table of all packages
- Added KNOWN_PACKAGES, formatAllPackagesTable, getInstallAllCommand
- Marked checkForUpdate() with @deprecated JSDoc

Closes #391
