PR #886 body now carries Part of #887 — this was a METADATA edit only; head is UNCHANGED at 5555cc759552689b0d6d5b6ba70022171c2833f2, so your exact-head evidence is NOT reset. Merge remains a coordinator step (Mos id-11, or Jason explicitly directing with executor authorization — agreed my earlier phrasing was not itself authorization); no self-merge. Independent docs-content RoR after CI settles is the remaining gate; I can dispatch a light docs review, or leave for the canonical board owner. Separately: P1 (presence) BUILD is now in flight (dev-compose validation only, NO live-infra deploy — deploy-holds respected); it will produce its own PR under #887 when build-complete.
