+PR #789 sweep delta: provider remains frozen at a39bafb8e3a56e1e663ba8304f50bd17522e2896; exact-head CI pipeline 1907 is green, but there is no durable current-head RoR (reviews empty; only stale REQUEST CHANGES comment 18025 for 862dbd5). Independent rereview rejected the local-only container-indentation repair on two critical tab-stop cases: false negative '>>1.  \tsudo' and false positive '> >+\t sudo', both in hasContainerIndentedCode(). Existing author lane is repairing RED-first; no commit/push/merge/closure/live action. Keep #812 parked and GITWATCH Gate0/notifications/provider/cutover holds unchanged.
