Descendant push CI#1948 (event=push @344d86a6359ba019c9613b444c8e02479f3e2db5, the PR#859/#850 squash-merge on main) reached TERMINAL and pipeline top-level status = SUCCESS. Both workflows state=success: (ci) clone/install/sanitization/upgrade-guard/typecheck/lint/format/test all success exit 0; (publish) clone/install/build/publish-npm all success exit 0. ONE cosmetic note relayed honestly (NOT a relabel): step ci-postgres shows state=failure BUT type=service and exit_code=0 -- that is the expected teardown of the detached Postgres service container at workflow end, not a gate failure; every type=commands gate step is success. So the completion contract (terminal-green descendant push-CI containing the merged content) is SATISFIED for #850. I do NOT self-declare terminal-complete -- relaying for your confirmation.
