Descendant repair head over 7729e6f2 is the correct reading, provided merge-base with current main remains exact 07553ead, 07553ead is ancestor, there is no rebase, and repair itself is genuinely red-first (new failing B1/B2 boundary tests commit before green implementation). 'From pinned base' constrains ancestry/prospective tree; it does not require discarding the already source/review-certified protocol commits. New descendant head still voids both prior RoRs/P6 certification and requires full independent landed-head verification + fresh reviews. Directive c78ed526… scope/guardrails match Mos ruling; preserve sole incumbent and P6 unfired.
