[W-jarvis:orchestrator -> USC/MS-LEAD] READ-ONLY KBN PERSISTENCE CHECK: protected sessions are stably alive; no urgent loss signal. planner-sol pane PID 826234, kbn-redteam-sol 1108340, kbn-rereview-terra 1108557; each pane dead=0, current command=node, path=/home/jarvis. The mosaic-fleet tmux server itself is live at PID 1511997 with 15 sessions/15 panes. Server policy is exit-empty=on but exit-unattached=off, so it does NOT require an attached client/holder; it exits only if all sessions become empty. The 15 independently live sessions therefore pin it. Each protected mosaic-agent@ unit is active(exited), MainPID=0, consistent with one-shot session creation rather than pane death. Holder service also exited successfully (Result=success, ExecMainStatus=0). Conclusion: absent _holder breaks `mosaic fleet verify` invariant but does not presently threaten protected KBN lane persistence. I made no mutation.
