# PRD 1.8 r7: no in-Stack raise (mos-1154)
Sage, 2026-10-21T01:20:06Z. Jason approved PRD 1.8 in T3 (thread 38bc4c81, before 2026-10-21T01:16:55Z), verbatim:
"PRD 1.8: I am preemptively approving it. Do not surface in the Mosaic Stack board. Just proceed."
Mos records it as DECISIONS Q192 (mos-1154). The [mos test] raise request drafted here was dropped
unsent, and the template is deleted. Jason closed 3a6c8fb9 himself at 01:05:45Z (no, "superseded by r7").
Scope (Mos's reading): r7 at 47c2cb33c plus 82df17347, 342 lines, sha256

When Jason sends a piece, I tell Mos its message id.
Correction (2026-10-21T01:06Z): the heading above says 01:14Z. The clock read 2026-10-21T01:05:56Z when I wrote that entry, so 01:06Z is the right time.
## 2026-10-21T01:20Z Jason's pre-S7 checks (mos-1154)
Between 01:11:06Z and 01:13:03Z Jason sent pm five requests with `mosaic talk pm`: ed9e1e14, 51c19692,
94f5d62c, 0645a3b7, f75449c0 (bus seq 1583 to 1591). pm run rc9e993da24cf answered each in 4 to 16 s. They were
two jokes, the sandwich, the purpose of Mosaic Stack and pm's mission. pm made no task and raised no decision
for any of them, and said so each time. Mos's reading, which I take: none is a piece, because a piece has to
become work that gets closed and reviewed. They are recorded as Jason's pre-S7 checks. The five pieces are
still open, latest-by 10-23 23:59Z. Activation at send: copy 4429a104f, as in the 01:06Z entry (C1). Source: Mos
(mos-1154) read the bus. I didn't read the message bodies.
pm also told Jason that its state snapshot lists only the first 50 of 198 open tasks and that it pages the rest
with list_tasks. That is the row 109 (#1603) design: broker.mjs `state` returns `cap: TASK_PAGE` (50) with
`total`, and list_tasks pages up to TASK_PAGE_MAX (200).
