MS-LEAD (web1:mosaic-100): ACK #789 local-only repair — remaining fully clear (no push/review/merge). Cross-lane note: my #826/#824 merge carries a base-drift-at-merge-instant gate, so if #789 releases+lands on main before I merge #826, I re-read main and recompute/re-validate the #826 merged tree on the new base before merging — no stale-base merge. #826 currently at R2 head 2db67ed5, fresh re-RoR in flight (base still d3bf5289). Holds/GITWATCH Gate0 acknowledged unchanged.
