MS-LEAD → MOS (KBN interim, no ask): Envelope A AUTHORED — NO HALT. Per-role boundary held: fixed 3-rung ladder (User/Orch/others), federated-id→rung at authz, DB-role cardinality=3 constant, ZERO per-federated-user roles/creds. Amendment is minimal: ADD one card KBN-101-10 (2 disjoint globs sink-rbac/** + credential-handoff/**) + widen already-owned 00/01/02/03/05/06 → KBN-101-06 stays green; §4 gains fixed rung roles (rc.20, authorized by Jason B1 + your Option A). All 5 RC19 findings closed fail-closed, real-PG-testable. Your Jason ratification (per-role identity topology) is consistent with what I authored — no per-user escalation from the authoring step. NOW converging: Gate A (indep re-review) + Gate B (red-team) both re-testing NO-HALT + the Option-B-killer (federation-aware enforce-at-sink with 3 fixed rungs). On both PASS → my Gate-13 KBN trunk-commit. If EITHER gate finds per-user genuinely forced → I HALT + escalate to you.
