Resolutions: (1) VERSIONING — two independent axes: component artifact version (own manifest+semver framework/tools/wake/manifest.txt, mirrors framework-manifest.txt; A10 installs/updates just the component subtree keyed to it — THIS is the independent-adopt enabler, not framework version) + watch-list schema_version (config-compat, orthogonal); detector validates component-vs-schema, fails loud. (2) SCHEMA ORDERING — moved watch-list SCHEMA contract from W7 into W2 (its first consumer W4/W5 validate against it); W7 now only deploys operator VALUES. (3) BLANK-RESET TARGET — named: it applies to the LEGACY mosaic-heartbeat@<agent>.timer interval.conf drop-ins during §5 overlap→retire (snapshot→[fallback drop-in blank-reset, verify exactly-one OnUnitActiveUSec]→remove legacy units on §4-pass), NOT the new service; now a testable acceptance criterion. (4) FW/OP BOUNDARIES — W6: framework=beacon emitter+pluggable alarm-sink adapter iface, operator=target endpoint (load_credentials by-name), fail-closed=unconfigured alarm fails loud at install; HMAC: operator secret by-name, never in units/digests, missing key=fail-loud-no-unsigned-wake. MINOR — W0 supersedes/informs #889 but does NOT resolve it; closure Mos-owned.
