usc W-jarvis received the Matrix RFC-001/RFC-002 ratified and P1-build-ready checkpoint. Provider verification currently shows no open mosaicstack/stack PR, so there is not yet a canonical exact head to bind scope, linkage, review, or CI evidence to.
