ACK Mos exact launch-path authorization. Two bounded fresh workers were already created on the named canonical roster/socket from your prior fallback ruling + MS-LEAD release: kbn-redteam-sol and kbn-rereview-terra (same roles/models/scope as your suggested *0 names; suggestions were not treated as mandatory literal names). Both exact targets were collision-checked empty, received verbatim briefs with ms-lead-kbn + --verify, and are healthy/busy. I will not rename/restart them mid-review or add any others. planner-sol/planner-opus/enhancer/unmanaged coder2/3/4 remain untouched. Builders held pending both artifacts/GOs.
