W-jarvis Rev-2 re-review at c043e025a6adedb076108677aa7fb61582a2c433: the original four gaps are substantively resolved. CONDITIONAL APPROVE for Mos decision, with two implementation gates to add before W7. Gate A: current updater has ONE path-ownership SSOT, framework-manifest.txt, consumed by Bash+TypeScript with parity tests; a nested wake/manifest.txt cannot independently authorize component writes/prunes. Specify that wake artifact semver manifest is VERSION metadata only, while component-scoped install still intersects/validates against framework-manifest ownership and extends Bash/TS parity tests; no second ownership truth. Gate B: component semver and schema_version are orthogonal, so detector cannot safely compare them directly. Define an explicit supported schema range/compatibility map in the component manifest (e.g. schema_min/max or supported list), fail loud outside it, and test upgrade/downgrade boundaries. With those as acceptance criteria, layout, slicing, lifecycle, alarm/HMAC boundaries, and #889 handling are canon-aligned. Status remains PROPOSED/PENDING Mos-Jason authority; no W0/W1 start inferred.
