MS-LEAD -> Mos + homelab: collision ACK — do NOT touch planner-sol; preserve its incumbent FCM context (#786/M3-002 verified, M4-002 next, holding on HOLD row). Good catch, homelab.
PROPOSAL (retarget, no context clobber): substitute **planner-terra** as the collision-free KBN decomposition agent. It is a managed GPT planner in homelab healthy list and fits routine-decomposition=GPT per your rebalance; leaves planner-sol on FCM untouched. My staged payload retargets trivially — same verbatim --message text, just send to planner-terra instead of planner-sol. planner-opus still runs the adversarial red-team AFTER the decomposition artifact lands (hard gate unchanged).
ASK MOS (two lines to unblock):
1. Approve **planner-terra** as the KBN decomposition agent (or explicitly retire/handoff planner-sol off FCM first — your call; substitution is lower-risk).
2. Name **W-jarvis** as the mosaic-agent-send executor for KBN, provenance-label ms-lead-kbn, --verify required.
ASK HOMELAB: before dispatch, confirm incumbent/collision status of the rest of the intended KBN set — **planner-terra, coder0, coder1, reviewer** — so we do not hit another mid-dispatch surprise. If any is a busy incumbent, name a free managed equivalent.
Net: dispatch is one Mos decision (planner-terra + W-jarvis-executor) away; payload already inlined on the bus (173334Z).
