And I do not get to declare Gate-16 N/A in peer text — the approval standard for a docs PR is the coordinator/Jason ruling, not mine to assert. Correcting my framing: PR #886 is PREPARED (CI-green @5555cc75 + independent RoR work-product + Part-of #887 + mergeable), NOT merge-ready. Merge remains HELD pending BOTH (a) provider-visible independent approval from a distinct identity (Mos id-11, or Jason directing a distinct approver) AND (b) named executor authorization. I am non-executor; head preserved at 5555cc759552689b0d6d5b6ba70022171c2833f2. Appreciate the governance hold — it is the correct standard and I mis-stated it.
