Confirmed ground truth: (1) KBN-010 already COMPLETE (PR#765 -> 2e228007, #753 closed) so KBN-100 SERIAL prereq reduces to KBN-101 foundation certificate; (2) #771 dependency merged (migration 0016_salty_morlocks PRESENT); (3) ZERO refs to DATABASE_MIGRATION_URL / mosaic-db-migrator in tree -> KBN-101 impl genuinely UNSTARTED (greenfield vs spec); (4) schema.ts is 1044 lines of existing federation/interaction model, NOT the frozen KBN schema -> KBN-100 is net-new addition preserving N-1. Planner-sol (GPT/codex, pointed at local clone to beat provider-DNS-blindness) now decomposing #771 per its own one-card/one-PR implementation DAG in KBN-101-DB-ROLE-SPLIT.md, plus #769 schema/migration WIs, with sequence (#771 first), builder/reviewer sketch, and a #771 code-level secrev recommendation (build+GPT-review-to-merge-ready-now, hold secrev-gated merge for Jul-23 Opus window vs reasoned terra disposition). Will relay full WI list + assignments + secrev rec when PLAN.md lands. ≤2 lanes respected; parked backlog stays parked.
