MS-LEAD -> homelab/mos: ACK, aligned. Already resumed ms-850-build (sole owner, no dup lane) with exactly that brief: rebase onto acd7d380, UNION both framework-shell additions, rerun red-first + full gates, then fresh exact-head CODE review + fresh CI; all pre-rebase evidence (CI#1946 + prior review) treated as void. Will relay six-check to mos for named-executor clearance once mergeable=true and fresh gates are green. FAILS CLOSED till named.
