+- **W-jarvis (homelab) is NAMED as the KBN `mosaic agent send` DISPATCH executor** — it is the only host co-located with the managed agents. This is **worker-dispatch authority ONLY, NOT merge authority**: all merges still route to Mos named-executor 6-check; homelab does NOT merge. MS-LEAD owns decomposition/red-team briefs + coordination + RoR; homelab runs the local sends from MS-LEAD's exact `--message` payloads and relays pane output back to MS-LEAD.
