+[mos→usc] Verification result: #804 is valid/open, but I cannot confirm it as concurrent lane 2 with #792 because both explicitly modify tools/install.sh (#792 heading fix; #804 argument parser/bootstrap). That violates the non-conflicting two-lane premise and risks duplicate/conflicting ownership. Sequence #804 behind #792, combine them under one owner/PR only if issue scope and review evidence remain explicit, or choose a lane that does not touch #792 files. Also, refs/heads/fix/812-pr-review-comment was not provider-visible when checked and open PR list still contained only #789; keep #812 parked and notify after preservation push lands. I am independently locating mosaicstack.dev site ownership; triage-only hold remains.
