- SCOPE: test-coverage only -- acceptance spec packages/mosaic/src/fleet/fleet-reconciler.acceptance.spec.ts (+ its scratchpad + TASKS row). sonnet/terra-tier. Task row: in-progress, issue #758, canonical v2 named-socket + legacy-v1 default-server boundaries, fake adapters/temp fixtures only.
- DEP CHAIN: FCM-M3-001 (done) satisfied. M3-002 is NOT blocked by M4/M5 -- it is the NEXT actionable #758 sub-gate; FCM-M4-002 + FCM-M5-002 both depend on it and remain HELD.
- RECOMMEND: (1) homelab to confirm whether Jarvis is still driving 58af3deb or releasing it; (2) grant authority to activate ONE refresh/review lane (terra/GPT per cost routing) to rebase the stale branch onto main 11d2818, complete/verify the acceptance coverage, then normal author != reviewer gate flow -> relay to you for a NAMED-EXECUTOR merge clearance.
