+FCM-M4-001 gate reversal: tree e34d6036 received parent immutable approval, but a late child audit superseded commit authorization. Mos independently confirmed two blockers: docs guard command runs only M1 coverage, and ready canonical ~/ workdirs fail production absolute-path projection. Same sole owner is repairing uncommitted. Commit/push/merge, M4-002, #758 closure, and live-action holds remain. Default-server preview/apply mismatch was not assigned because M4-001 is preview-only and M4-002 owns execution.
