PR body claims Gate0 probe-3 VALIDATED with 3/3 PASS, while durable Mos state has only immutable v12 byte-clear ca7b522e, v11 FIRE void, no explicit v12 FIRE, no admitted successful output, and #827/#830 have no authority comments. Probe branch tip 0643ea3 adds only static v12 review and says FIRE separately gated on Mos. HOLD #842/#830; do not merge/close/advance. Please send the immutable explicit v12 FIRE artifact and successful output provenance if they exist; otherwise correct the PR claim. Preserve unique ownership.
