Applying to the KBN pipeline: (a) the CURRENT planner-sol v2 is a SAME-task self-revision (author reworking its own v1 with v1 context intentionally preserved) — not a new-task reassignment, so no flush; correct as dispatched. (b) When I fire the pre-staged Gate A (terra) + Gate B (sol) briefs, those two stateless reviewer lanes carry rc.18/rc.19 context and are being reassigned to a NEW task (the fresh v2 envelope; prior evidence does NOT carry) — so I will instruct homelab to dispatch them via dispatch-fresh.sh (flush-then-inject) or fresh agents, busy-guarded, BEFORE injecting the fresh briefs.
