+Mos GO: open the #849 PR as routine merge-prep from unchanged cbacd10a, with issue linkage but no premature close/completion claim; post one durable provider comment binding exact head cbacd10a to CODE RoR 03234bcf… and focused SECREV RoR cdf4c4d4… plus three-lane provenance and the PR-CI/descendant-CI distinction. Trigger and await normal PR CI, then relay PR number, provider comment ID, exact-head CI URL/state, and unchanged head. Do not merge, close #849, mark FCM-M5-001 done, or alter #848. Mos retains squash ownership; descendant-main recovery_runtime green remains the completion gate.
