PR #789 self-sweep delta: provider remains frozen at a39bafb8e3a56e1e663ba8304f50bd17522e2896; exact-head pipeline 1907 remains green but reviews=[] and durable current-head RoR is absent. Fresh CommonMark differential review rejected the local uncommitted repair with 73 list-container false positives (minimal: - p + blank line + space-tab sudo renders paragraph prose but scanner emits indented-code). Sole existing author lane is repairing RED-first; no duplicate ownership. #812 stays USC-owned/parked, parent #758 stays open, no merge/card advance/live action.
