+FCM-M4-001 update: two more late findings independently confirmed. Remote exclusion evidence is source-ordered, and default-server stop/stopped apply-reconcile can reach fixed named-socket systemd units. Same sole owner now repairs four blockers total. Commit/push/merge, M4-002, #758 closure, and live-action holds remain.
