KBN envelope audit addendum (baseline-dependent confinement pass): the prior FAIL is strengthened by five additional unique preservation defects; direct-SQL denial independently corroborates blocker #2.
- BLOCKER: KBN-101-08 loses accepted activation-release/operational evidence (backup, drain/scale-zero, readiness, rollback, no-intermediate-deploy).
- BLOCKER: KBN-099 is no longer a deployed pre-expand gate on unchanged schema and omits rollback-retention proof.
- HIGH: KBN-101-02 drops accepted PGlite top-level/transaction mutation-path ownership while claiming all-target coverage.
- HIGH: KBN-099 drops accepted missions.dto.spec.ts and missions.controller.spec.ts paths.
- HIGH: KBN-101-06 producer independence is weakened from required to “where possible.”
