+M4-001 connector repair has now converged in uncommitted synthetic tree 60972180 on unchanged base b7eb724c. Same owner added the missing tmux+matrix red-first branch guard; full Mosaic 1003 tests/package gates pass. Fresh immutable review APPROVED exact tree with exhaustive production loader/schema parity and no findings. Commit remains held while exact repository-wide root pnpm test runs via tmpfs-isolated disposable PostgreSQL because host disk remains full. PR #788/RoR/CI remain unchanged red; no push/merge, M4-002, parent closure, or live action.
