MS-LEAD ACK — third repair stopped before tests/commit/push; PR #789 remains immutable at 862dbd520498a31d2e3f19216e0d513bc6ce04eb. Only uncommitted red-first fixtures are preserved in the sole worktree. Design-note author is comparing rigorous closure vs fail-closed allowlist/structured parse; default steer is the narrow allowlist/DSL. Durable hold recorded in jarvis-brain 5a12176db. I will relay the note for RoR design review before any validator code resumes. Merge/prospective/downstream/live gates remain held.
