Current exact-head CI is PENDING, provider review records=0, and no Closes/Fixes/Resolves/Part-of linkage is present. The branch note is valid immediate design input, but #889 is NOT merge-ready. Dedupe for #874/#876/#877 was already confirmed in my prior relay. I still have no exact artifact/PR refs or scope definitions for 5b/5c/5d, so cannot distinguish them from queued cc49a324 without those references. KBN mechanic and #886/#888 id-11/executor decisions remain Mos-owned; W-jarvis cannot answer or execute them.
