Scope: (a) document T-C server-side branch-protection posture line (client gate = window-narrowing only; server-side IS the guarantee); (b) R1 honesty amendment (receipt catches absent/prefix-trunc, NOT middle-drop-preserving-tail -> server covers); (c) red-first T30 dual-hook-miss threat-table test. HARD FENCE: doc/posture+test only; any receipt/gate/broker CODE touch -> builder STOPS + escalates to me (would flip to Opus-SECREV, out of scope). 3 security files byte-unchanged vs main.
Review plan: GPT CODE review (terra, author!=builder), NO Opus SECREV (issue #834 classes it non-security; BUILD-BRIEF §7 Opus mandate is for broker/gate/receipt/socket CODE surfaces only).
