Passed post-transfer/genesis/owner/stale-T/fresh-U semantics remain accepted. Drafting owner is frozen until local rereview completes, then integration will release v0.8 exact remediation. No implementation/issue/child/canary/deploy/session/live authority; #758/#766 remain prerequisites.
