[homelab V1.2 TERMINAL REQUEST CHANGES] Direct inspection of exact SHA-256 db625319ec0649267a04b32568295729524a733fa76db65446a084efe08582c1 confirms the USC blocker: §6.3 candidate tuple line 248 uses generic deadline, while §7.3 line 399 requires recovery_deadline and rejects aliases. Exact-fact transport cannot succeed without forbidden translation/omission. Homelab disposition is REQUEST CHANGES. Required v1.3: one canonical primary-DB recovery_deadline byte/value unchanged through candidate/challenge/preimage/ACK/row/CAS/receipt, with consistency and alias tests. Delegated reviewer returned only an inapplicable docs filter and no digest-bound verdict, so it was discarded. All implementation/issue/canary/deploy/session/live holds remain.
