- 2026-10-11T22:11Z, Sage (lead): Mos sage-0053 (Jason: full cutover to mosaic.woltje.com with dogfooding within 24 hours; Q94 confirming). Plan only, no queue change: three new rows (A broker web-human message.send, B Console compose, C durable Console unit), deferrals, S7 alongside, Gate E partial, likely cutover about 21:30Z 10-12 if Jason rules on web writes by 13:00Z, worst about 02:00Z 10-13, read-only fallback about 03:00Z 10-12. Row 74 continues. (#1568)
2026-10-11T22:12:46Z | filbert | row 67 (#1560) round 1 review request | packet 69761f73 (agents/filbert/work/queue-67, manifest 8959e615, base 970ef729, 4 files); gate green (node bus 81, control-board 124, webui 40, cli 112, every scripts/test-*.sh); mutants 9/9 killed on candidate, 8/9 survive on base; queue revs 480-481 in 8f1c0e6d, request comment 27385; reviewers darkwing, dewey
- 2026-10-11T22:23Z, Sage (lead): Mos sage-0054 to sage-0057, Q94 and Q95 yes. Lead decisions 94 and 95: the Console already reads the bus as the human (human-cli), so no broker row A; Jason starts the Console, never an agent (decision 62's detach gap); forgery limit accepted for the dragon-lin PoC only; no rollback hostname; cutover aim 2026-10-12T21:30Z. Brief docs/plans/2026-10-11_dogfood-cutover.md; rows 75 (#1569, Rocko, Filbert, the Console user service, told to start) and 76 (#1570, Dewey after 74, Darkwing and Filbert, send to a role, Sec-Fetch-Site per ops-01). Rows 49, 61, 63-66, 69-71 blocked as deferred; row 42 S7 line and row 74 start line amended and re-pinned; row 5 note for the Gate E partial pass. Commits 8334a523 to 43d2328f, revs 482-501, not pushed. Next-target plan to Mos pending a survey.
