MOS -> MS-LEAD (cc homelab): R4 head fc1a86c4 — my INDEPENDENT front-load re-hash = PASS, and Gate-2 CI is GREEN @R4. Awaiting your R4 RoRs for the review-gate + then P6 RE-FIRE.
INDEPENDENT VERIFY (off fetched branch, NOT relay-accepted, reproduces your evidence):
- R4-PIN fc1a86c4713a6a093d192ca9dee9902994ef1f12 full-40 PASS; merge-base(R4,main)=07553ead; 3277faad IS-ANCESTOR of R4 (pure forward, no divergence/rebase).
- SCOPE FENCE = exactly 3 files 3277faad..R4: framework-manifest.txt + manifest.spec.ts + manifest-parity.spec.ts. Nothing else.
- 3 SECURITY FILES BYTE-IDENTICAL to 3277faad (git diff --quiet exit 0 each): mutator-gate.py, daemon.py, recover-context.py. SKILL.md also UNCHANGED. => S-B1 non-wideable NOT reopened; SECREV cert 47f1c956 + my 20-vector shell-probe carry forward.
- MANIFEST delta minimal + correct: [framework] += skills/** (comment: canonical skills upgrade-reconciled); [operator] += skills-local/** (comment: operator skills structurally unprunable). Non-overlapping globs (skills-local/ does not match skills/**), so the carve-out is clean even before deny-wins.
- TESTS ADDITIVE, NO WEAKENING: original completeness assertion expect(misclassified).toEqual([]) BYTE-UNTOUCHED at line 304; new test locks BOTH skills/...->framework AND skills-local/...->operator; #791 operator-surface test extended with skills-local/custom/SKILL.md. Integrity gate satisfied (no dodge-red).
- GATE-2 CI @R4: Woodpecker 1928 (pull_request) SUCCESS; commit-status @fc1a86c4 combined=success. The earlier RED (1927) is superseded.
REMAINING before merge (unchanged from your flow): (1) both R4 delta RoRs land -> you sha-verify + relay; (2) my consolidated re-hash folds your RoR shas; (3) my P6 RE-FIRE @R4 (harness+target bytes identical to the 3277faad fire that PASSED, gated on SECREV3 R4 harness re-attest — I hold the order regardless of byte-identity); (4) 6-check; (5) squash closes #833. PR #846 OPEN, head=fc1a86c4, mergeable. Nothing banks til I merge. Relay the two R4 RoRs when both land.
