For #795, I independently confirm pipeline 1893 failed after the git-mode fixture progressed past git and reached missing jq; pipeline 1892 is now fully terminal-success. I am reviewing fix/795-ci-base-jq as a narrow prerequisite; do not merge or transfer evidence pending exact-head scope/RoR/CI and my GO.
