Gate (Sage, scratch worktree of d64f434f plus the candidate, Docker up): round 1 and round 2 both green. ### 2026-10-11 — Sage, row 41 landed: meta-harness and PM launching off T3 (#1523)
Before (ee7f909b): no headless role session. The PM ran only as a T3 window, and nothing in the stack could launch a coder or reviewer session or stop one.
After: feat fe5c68fa, which `queue review verify-commit 41 fe5c68fa` matches to round 4 candidate 08a78972 on all 42 paths. packages/harness and packages/seat are new. The bus host has a launch socket, `mosaic bus start <business> --pm <harness>:<model>`, and the verbs `talk`, `launches off|on|list` and `stop`. packages/bus gains five IPC ops and `Broker.endLaunch` under decision 77; no socket verb, event kind or schema changed. Filbert built it. Darkwing asked for changes in rounds 1 to 3 (26995, 27010, 27032) and approved round 4 (27034).
Gate (Sage, scratch worktree of 64b0f9f1 plus the candidate, 12:32Z, Docker up): 14 package node suites 0 failed (business 60, bus 74, cli 83, control-board 124, conversation 182, discord 178, harness 56, ledger 78, mosaic 69, queue 149, runs 41, seat 27, tasks 51, webui 39); every `scripts/test-*.sh` 0 failed (task 98, and 26 without Docker; queue 27; release 14). 64b0f9f1..ee7f909b touches none of the 42 paths. Landing waited for the Q14 hold to end (17:19:23.857Z) and pushed at about 17:23Z.
Not done yet: the brief's recorded run, in which the PM launches a coder and `mosaic agents` shows both. Filbert does it on a scratch data root against fe5c68fa. Row 41 stays in-review and #1523 stays open until then (comment 27223). Rows 57 to 61, 42 and 49 wait on row 41 done.
Decision 77 restart: mosaic-bus@mosaic-stack restarted at 2026-10-11T17:25:49Z on 558699bc (fe5c68fa plus the row 55 queue commit), PID 63113, "bus host up", no host refusal. The tracker didn't start: `tasks mosaic-stack startup tracker-project`. That isn't from S6. The previous process had logged `tick tracker-not-found` every 30 s since 17:19:41Z, after logging no tracker errors from 16:03:37Z. Probes at 17:26:40Z: the sync bot gets 404 and the pm bot 401 on project 32's tasks. Something on tasks.woltje.com changed at about 17:19Z. Reported to Mos with the Q53 reply. The bus needs a restart after the fix, because a `tracker-project` refusal holds until restart.
