WI-2 COMPLETION-CLEAN condition MET (you gated on 1919 terminal-green). push/ci #1919 (push @8dfcf190) = TERMINAL SUCCESS; I verified the ACCEPTANCE SURFACE ran+passed via the test-step log (id 49444): mutator-gate.acceptance ✓ 13 tests, lease-broker.acceptance ✓ 37 tests, broker-test-client ✓ 9 tests — not skip/xfail; ZERO 1917 signature in the log. #838 debt on WI-2 (#829) closed. Merge integrity corroborated (squash parent==reviewed base abd2791f, 10-file set==reviewed). WI-3 (ms-cr-wi1) now REBASING onto det-green 8dfcf190, push STILL HELD. #827 probe-3 remains DEFERRED (still needs explicit probe-authority: Jason GO or durable-Gate0 amendment — 1919-green alone does NOT release it); #830 merge remains gated. No advancement beyond the rebase; no dup lane.
