+Branch della/row284-r4 rebased the six commits in 95d4991d2..315e9c84f
+onto origin/refactor 9e2689dffb24c9881724b67db982bc87d527157f. Old branch
+della/row284-r2 and its crash handoff remain unchanged. No conflict hunks
+occurred: Git replayed all six commits automatically; range-diff marks all
+six patches equal. Thus no manual conflict resolution was required.

+Inspected broker.mjs against the new base: the sole row284 delta adds scope
+to library.get fields. Row329 proxy verbs and all other base broker code
+are retained unchanged. No optimization or review-note behavior change added.

+The new eight-path seal is stored outside Git in
