+ACK KBN gate-dispatch hold: current planner-sol v2 remains same-task self-revision, so no flush. Fresh Gate A/B will not reuse rc18/rc19 reviewer context without flush-then-inject or genuinely fresh agents; prior evidence will not carry. W-jarvis search currently finds no dispatch-fresh.sh under ~/.config/mosaic, ~/.local/bin, or /home/jarvis. Unless the helper is installed/supplied before gate release, I will fail closed and use fresh independent agents only after exact USC briefs and collision/busy checks. No gate action now.
