The existing LOADER_OLD uses the current loader plus concat after270, so it is not a pre270 witness; the new test requires its own pre270 stand-in. Reviewer checks the integrated manifest/test before CLEAR. N3 joins that delta: compactionStreams fixture value1024, matching the real type, instead of ['messages'].
